Shipping

  • Standard (free over $50): 3–6 business days via tracked carrier service. Orders under $50 ship for a flat $4.95.
  • Expedited: 2 business days, $9.95 flat.
  • Overnight: next business day for orders placed by 12:00 PM Pacific, $24.95.

Orders ship from our Portland, Oregon warehouse within one business day. Every shipment is tracked, and glasses ship in a rigid protective box inside the mailer — no envelope-shaped eyewear, ever. We currently ship to the United States and Canada; Canadian orders may incur duties collected by the carrier at delivery.

Returns: 30-day home try-on

Wear any frame at home for up to 30 days from delivery. If it isn't right, return it in its original case for a full refund to your payment method — original outbound shipping included on defective or wrong-item orders, excluded otherwise. Returns are free: request a prepaid label by emailing hello@meridianeyewear.example with your order number.

What we ask: frames come back with both temple tips intact, no prescription lenses installed, and no modifications. Frames that have been glazed with prescription lenses can't be returned (the demo-lens swap is one-way), so confirm fit before your optician gets involved — our Frame Size & Fit Guide and email opticians exist for exactly this.

Exchanges

Size or color swaps skip the refund round-trip: email us, we ship the new pair with a return label for the original, and we simply charge or refund any price difference. Reader-strength exchanges work the same way.

Hygiene-sealed items

Swim goggles and lens-care liquids are returnable only unopened, for the reasons you'd hope.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

Photograph the problem and email us within 7 days of delivery; we replace or refund at your preference with return shipping on us. After 7 days, frame defects move to the one-year warranty, which covers considerably more than most people expect.

Refund timing

Refunds are issued within 3 business days of the return arriving and typically appear on statements 3–5 business days later.
